Who is Marjolijn Vink of VinCo?

Adding structure in life and work environment is my passion. It
gives me loads of energy, space and tranquility when everything
runs smoothly. I am convinced that everyone has less stress if
you can live and work in a clean environment. That is why I am
active
as a Professional Organizer. I'll advise and guide you, with a
lot of care and inspiration, to set your life in order and keep
it that way.
An important motto for me is: “No more postponing, just
do it!”

Bringing structure into a 'chaotic' environment is already a
part of my DNA since my childhood. In my career as a project and
portfolio manager at ING Netherlands (17 years) I did tasks as
planning, structuring and organizing with great enthusiasm.
(Re)structuring an organization, setting up customer and project
administration, improve work processes are beautiful and
useful experiences for Vinco.
Why would you come to me?
First of all because of my personality. I am:
- Reliable and involved.
- Open, fair, transparent and
respectful.
- Energetic and spontaneous.
I perform from attention, deep peace, love and trust and treat
my customers as the platinum rule (what the customer needs).
The third good reason to join forces with me is that I work with
an orientation period. That means we get to work a few
times with each other to build a trusting relationship.
A fourth reason to choose for me is that I will observe the
whole person and we will work with all aspects (both work and
private).
A person is not only an employee, but plays many other roles in
his/her life.
But the main reason is that we work together to achieve the
result. We're going to do it together, based on your skills
and capacity. We're going to find a lot more awareness
(searching for the cause), behavioral change and Inspiration (so
people get motivated to
make changes that have the desired outcome).
